UnGentle Content Shoot Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter
   • This prize draw is organised by UnGentle Marketing (“the Promoter”)

2. The Prize
   • One (1) half-day professional content shoot
   • Duration: 4 hours
   • Value: £800
   • Must be redeemed by 21st April 2025
   • Location must be within UK only.

3. Entry Requirements
   • Entry is free and no purchase is necessary
   • Open to businesses and individuals aged 18+ in the United Kingdom
   • Entry period: December 20th, 2023 – January 14th, 2025
   • Entries must be submitted via the official landing page
   • One entry per business/individual
   • Current UnGentle clients are not eligible

4. Selection Process
   • Winner will be selected by UnGentle’s creative team
   • Winner will be notified by email by January 21st, 2025.
   • If the winner doesn’t respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected

5. Prize Usage & Rights
   • Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable
   • No cash alternative available
   • UnGentle retains the right to use content for portfolio and promotional purposes
   • Winner receives full usage rights for their business purposes
   • Content cannot be resold or transferred to third parties

6. Data Protection
   • Entry constitutes agreement to join UnGentle’s mailing list
   • Personal data will be used in accordance with UnGentle’s Privacy Policy
   • Data will be stored securely and used only for competition administration and marketing purposes
   • Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time

7. General
   • The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition
   • The Promoter’s decision is final
   • By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions
   • These terms are governed by English law
