£500/month (+ VAT)

Best for: 20–60 person SMEs who want a trusted HR sounding board and “safety net” without ongoing delivery.

Includes (monthly):

1 x 45-minute call (booked in advance)
Up to 60 minutes async support (email / voice note)
Review of 1 document (up to 5 pages)
Access to templates and guidance (policies, onboarding checklists, letters)

Service levels:

Reply within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)

Boundaries:

Remote-first. Local on-site by exception and billed separately.
Not suitable for complex employee relations case management, tribunals, or legal advice.
Anything beyond included time is billed at £150/hr (+ VAT), with approval before work starts.
